NEVILLE SANDER - A.N.Z.I.Q.S., N.Z.C.Q.S. - Managing Director
Managing Director Neville completed a quantity surveying cadetship with the Ministry of Works in Auckland in 1971. He worked for a large Auckland professional Quantity Surveying practice for five years cost planning, estimating and scheduling while specialising in development and construction management.
He joined Kerr Construction in 1977 and is now responsible for the general management of the company. Neville loves sailing, travelling, good food and wine. |

WARWICK MILLAR - N.Z.C.Q.S. - Quantity Surveyor
Warwick Commenced a quantity surveying cadetship with a large professional quantity surveying practice in Auckland in 1972 |

He then gained experience in the industry with two large construction firms and headed overseas for a number of years where he worked in England, Middle East, Australia and Hong Kong before joining Kerr Construction as a quantity surveyor in 1981.
Warwick runs to keep fit and looks forward to sailing and skiing holidays with his family. |
ETIENNE GROSS - Construction Manager
Etienne was born and raised in South Africa, qualified with B Com (General) in 1990 and obtained extensive experience on numerous varied projects in the region.
He immigrated to New Zealand with his wife and young daughter in 2004, joined Kerr Construction and has gained experience to take over the Construction Management role.
Etienne is a keen fisherman and avid follower of rugby union. He spends his recreational time travelling New Zealand with his wife and daughter to obtain a first hand knowledge of our culture.

NEIL NICHOLAS - Construction Supervisor
Neil started work with Haigh Builders Whangarei and completed an apprenticeship with advanced trade certificate. He joined Kerr Construction as a foreman in 1978. His experience is extensive in the commercial and civil sector, ranging from bridges, factories, multi-storey buildings, sports stadiums and municipal buildings. Neil accepted the position of construction supervisor in 2004, responsible for overall on-site control of all current projects.
Neil is a keen golfer with Northland Golf Club. He and his wife Susan enjoy overseas travel whenever possible, especially with their three sons, daughters-in-law and their children.
